Supply Chain/Program Management Specialist

INCODEL is seeking an entry-mid level Supply Chain/Program Management Specialist with duties in the following areas: 

Program Management
  • Oversee and effectively manage project timing of various programs
  • Understand, coordinate and communicate all vehicle build milestones
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and current customers/suppliers
  • Facilitate meetings/communicate with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
  • Interface with all internal departments to keep up to date on the project status and ensure timely completion of project
  • Identify possible risks and critical points and apply the necessary corrective actions by escalating to get the needed support.
  • Ensure all aspects of APQP are completed and maintained
  • Keep management informed of programs along with the progress and/or related problems
Supply Chain
  • Manage customer accounts. Includes:
  • Checking customer releases daily and communicating if issues arise
  • Monitoring inventory levels and availability at INCODEL to ensure we can meet customer releases
  • Communicating our releases to suppliers weekly and coordinating inbound transportation
  • Implement and maintain INCODEL’s warehouse management system. Includes:
  • Printing labels for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensuring inbound inventory is received into system and outbound shipments are taken out of active inventory
  • Monitoring accuracy of inventory in system
  • Monitor aftermarket releases, plan and set up shipments when parts are due
  • Track international shipments and communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure on time delivery 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, general business or related field
  • Automotive industry experience  preferred
